What’s included in Day-of Coordination?
Day-of Coordination includes timeline creation, vendor communication, ceremony and reception direction, décor setup, wedding party cueing, and full wedding-day management. I start working with you 4–8 weeks out to organize your details and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of. This service is available for couples throughout Indianapolis and surrounding counties.
How far in advance should we book you?
Most couples book coordination 6–12 months ahead, and officiating 3–9 months ahead. Availability for short-notice weddings varies by date. The sooner you reach out, the better your chances of securing your preferred date.
Do you travel? Are you just an Indianapolis Wedding Coordinator?
Yes. I serve Indianapolis, Marion County, Hamilton County, Hancock County, Johnson County, Hendricks County, Boone County, and nearby areas. Further travel is available upon request. I love to travel and have strong ties to Cape Cod as well, so I am happy to be your Cape Cod wedding coordinator, however I am not able to officiate weddings in some states.
What’s included in your officiating packages?
Every ceremony includes a custom script, unlimited edits, ceremony planning guidance, early arrival, license signing, and a warm, personal delivery that matches your tone and vision. Options include elopements, micro-weddings, and full ceremonies.
Can you help with décor setup or styling?
Yes. My Wedding Styling & Design service includes tablescape styling, aesthetic guidance, décor setup, layout support, and creating a cohesive look for your ceremony and reception. It’s perfect for couples who know what they want but don’t want to set it up themselves.
Can we book coordination and officiating together?
Yes! Many couples choose that option for a smoother, more unified experience. I offer a special combined rate for booking Day-of Coordination with any officiating package (excluding elopements).
Do you work with all kinds of couples?
Absolutely. I happily support couples of all backgrounds, faiths, non-faith, LGBTQ+, blended families, second marriages, and personalized ceremonies. Your wedding should reflect your relationship — I’m here to honor that.
How do we check your availability?
You can instantly check availability or book a consultation using my Google Calendar link, or reach out using the contact page. I typically respond quickly and would love to hear about your wedding.
What’s the difference between Day-of Coordination, partial planning, and full planning?
Day-of Coordination focuses on wedding-day management, vendor communication, décor setup, and timeline execution starting 4–8 weeks before your wedding.
Partial planning adds help with vendor recommendations, layout guidance, and planning checkpoints throughout your engagement.
Full planning includes venue sourcing, vendor selection, budgeting support, design development, and full logistical management from start to finish.
I primarily offer Day-of Coordination through Hitchin’ a Bride, but I do take a limited number of partial and full-planning clients each year. If you’re looking for more hands-on support, I’d love to chat about availability.
Do you help with vendor recommendations or sourcing?
Yes. Even with Day-of Coordination, I can share trusted vendor recommendations based on your style and budget. If you need deeper support with vendor sourcing, that’s included in partial and full-planning services.
Can you manage our rehearsal?
Yes. I offer rehearsal direction for an additional fee or as part of certain coordination packages. It’s a great way to ensure your wedding party knows where to be and when, and it helps your ceremony flow naturally on the day-of.
